1. Your Rights Under New Zealand Consumer Law
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand), you have certain rights and guarantees when you purchase goods. This Return Policy is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
2. Returns and Refunds
2.1 Faulty or Defective Products
If a product is faulty, defective, or does not match its description, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Please contact us within a reasonable time after discovering the fault.
2.2 Change of Mind
If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be in its original condition and packaging
- The product must not have been used, damaged, or altered
- You must provide proof of purchase
- Custom or personalised items are not eligible for change of mind returns
2.3 Custom and Personalised Items
Due to their personalised nature, custom-designed and personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or do not meet the agreed specifications. If a custom item is faulty or does not match the agreed design, we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include reprinting or a refund.
3. How to Return Products
To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery (for change of mind returns) or within a reasonable time (for faulty products)
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorisation number
- Package the product securely in its original packaging (if available)
- Send the product to the address we provide

4. Return Shipping Costs
- Faulty or Defective Products: We will cover the cost of return shipping
- Change of Mind Returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed
- Incorrect Items Sent: We will cover the cost of return shipping
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned product:
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for products of equal or greater value. If the replacement product is more expensive, you will be charged the difference. If it is less expensive, we will refund the difference. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage or the incorrect item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including covering return shipping costs.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return (unless faulty):
- Custom or personalised items (unless faulty or not as specified)
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
- Items returned after the return period has expired
- Items without proof of purchase
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us and we will investigate.
10. Sale Items
Items purchased during sales or promotions are subject to the same return policy, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
11. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
